The STUDIO is a special place within The Haven Wellness Resort & Spa. It is a light-filled space with large mirrors and floor-to-ceiling windows, showcasing a tropical garden.  It is also a sun-dappled, covered deck beside a softly babbling brook.  It is a fully-equipped yoga & exercise studio, with available mats, props, etc.  It is a place to connect… to yourself, and to your practice.
