This online class encourages breath & body-awareness, as we blend traditional poses with conscious movement. Great for beginners, or those who prefer a more relaxed, mindful style. Options are given — and requests are encouraged for the desired focus of the day’s practice!

Each class is tailored to the group’s needs. This is done in the spirit of yoga as a healing practice, where asanas (poses) are given for various conditions (ie, back pain, tight shoulders, etc.) Yoga works in subtle and profound ways. The more you listen your body’s needs… the more supportive and deep your practice will become. Results include increased strength, flexibility, balance, & enhanced overall well being.
